All projects include a support period (30-365 days depending on tier). Revisions during development are included. Post-launch changes are handled under your maintenance agreements with your clients.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your partnership tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We want the partnership to grow with your agency.

Our plans work on a credit system. Unused project credits don't roll over to the next month, but you always have access to your tier's benefits. Consider it like a gym membership — you're paying for the availability and capacity, not specific projects.
